THE SECRET LIFE OF BEES
These educational and nature-based workshops are aimed at children and young people aged four and up. Their goal is to introduce them to the world of bees and the role they play in nature and human life. The workshops are conducted in an engaging and age-appropriate manner , fostering curiosity and respect for the natural environment through direct contact with practitioners and fieldwork.
During the workshops, participants meet a beekeeper and learn the basics of their work. They learn about a hive, a bee frame, honey, wax, and propolis. They also learn about the elements of beekeeping and the importance of pollinators for preserving biodiversity. Depending on the workshop format, it's also possible to build a bee and insect hotel together , giving children and young people the opportunity to actively engage in activities that support nature.

The workshops are held in a natural setting – on the premises of the OHZ in Złotówek – or at another location designated by the organizer. The program includes field trips , an educational meeting with a beekeeper , and a team-building event with a shared meal and debriefing, during which participants receive certificates of participation.
Classes are designed for organised groups of 30 to 45 participants, and their scope can be adapted to the age and needs of a given group.
Participation cost: PLN 80 per person.
